This is a guide track recorded for the debut album "train rides and passers by" Hands and hearts was written in a period of Kristie's life when she had all but given up on any kind of love life after a few too many disasterous dates. So delving into her soul and sifting through all the crap she wrote a guideline of sorts to express exactly what she really wanted out of a relationship.
