The Orange Velvets play reverbed out 60’s garage rock with fashionably fuzzy guitars, male/female vocals and pre-recorded white noise. They’re lead by prolific songwriter Jesse Lurie, who has written close to 200 songs. They were formed in 2005 when Lurie met Drummer Brian Evans. Erin Cory provides female vocals and tambourine.
