This song was written in the winter of 1982, when Elliott Michaels was feeling very down. The lyrics were revised later on when Elliott found a new love that made his life a whole lot happier. Don't we all need love at one time or another!? And of course, Elliott thanks his friend Scott Tuchband for his important part in this collaborative work.
