The Siren’s song echoes through the meadow, Luring me out into the shadows. Their numbers are like that of the stars; I’ll stay near the colorful bushes of Aster. She’ll feed me grapes from the vine, And they’ll slowly morph to stone. She’ll make my gums bleed. And I’ll accept her rocks as feed. Loneliness can’t be cured by an act of lust. Beware my friend, lest thou want to chew on earth. I heard tales of her wrath, But sought for her even so; And soon the Siren’s song will end, And I’ll be facing death.
