Description
Originally composed in 1926 by my Dad, David E. Caruso, Sr. and written in the traditional "march-tempo" format of his era, I took the liberty of updating his song and putting a New Orleans spin on it. After the first (almost-traditional) verse, the tempo transitions into what is believed to be the first patriotic second-line in New Orleans musical history.
