The Day My Daddy Needed Me

My Dad was an old Wyoming cowboy.... This is a poem with guitar backup, that I wrote about a grouse hunting trip we made in October, 1959...jus me him, and that day I got to prove t o my dad, what a worthy and wonderful son I was, and still am!! Dad died July 7, 2008. It was just my dad and me, and I felt so small...but before this day was over, I'd be standin' 10 feet Tall!
