Walk the Line

This song is a combined inspiration from Heinlein’s “Stranger in a Strange Land” and a harsh reality with a good friend. Not soon after I finished reading this masterpiece, a close friend of mine checked themselves into a drug re-hab clinic. Though this person wanted to be sober today – as fast as they became addicted – it was obvious they needed a fair amount of time to accomplish the great task of sobering up.
