The song, 'Sonamulate', is basically the theme, or main facade of what Sonamulate the band are all about. Sonamulate (somnambulate) means to sleep walk, therefore the song sonamulate is talking about how one person can be killed enough emotionally that the rest of their life is just numb and lifeless, as a wraith apon the world.
