The Same is a song inspired by the idea that throughout our lives we have been taught by others what is right and wrong and might not question what we have been told to do/say and how it affects others. Many people go through their lives with daily struggles without realizing that EVERYONE has difficulties in life. Maybe, if we can recognize that we are similar in this respect we can more clearly understand and show compassion to the people in our lives!
