I wrote this work in response to a contest with USAA. I only had a week to write and record it so I used a previous melody that I had already recorded. However, the beat was not really right for the type of song and the key was not right for me, but I used both anyway.
Lyrics
The song was supposed to be about highways or driving so I wrote about an old '60 car that I supposidly had for all of those years and I gave it a personality, complete with it's own style, grace, and pride. I made some minor recording changes since I submitted the contest version and I may tweak it some more. I hope you enjoy.
