Lonely At The Bottom

This song was about a good friend of mine who had the boyfriend from hell. The song is pretty self explanatory. We’ve all had destructive people in our lives (boyfriends, girlfriends, family members, best friends) that we can’t bear to leave behind because we feel like we can help them, change them, put them on the road to recovery. But more times than not, those individuals end up dragging us right down with them because, like the song says, “it’s lonely at the bottom”.
