The Punk and the Prom Queen

The Sivs, a four piece alternative rock outfit based in Michigan, entered the studio in December of 2008 to record their debut EP “Derelict Diner.” The songs, composed by the ensemble, all have a distinct hook, huge dynamics and memorable lyrics that anyone can relate to. The songs range from the anthemic “Chasing the Sun” to the hard rock riffs of “The Punk and the Prom Queen” to the infectious ballad “Favorite.” Sounds like: Muse, The Verve
