This song was written the night I took a job 2500 miles away from home. My family did not take the news very well, but I knew it was something I needed to do. Two weeks before the move my grandma was diagnosed with cancer. Leaving was the hardest choice I had to make, but I knew I needed to go. Grandma passed away a month later, but I made it home just in time for one last goodbye.
