"No Cares" is a song about the struggle of being a "rapper" with something to say or offer outside of the conventional notions of street or hood life. A perspective from those of us who been through it and seen it all and who are trying to do or provide better for our communities and listeners are often over looked because of our sense of "caring" while those who seem "careless" are often millionaires.
