"Not Enough" speaks of the people in this world who can never be pleased. You give them your everything, but at the end of the day they only want more. Whether this be a lover, a parent, a friend, a family member, etc., they cannot be satisfied. They can make you feel belittled; as if you don't matter. This song talks about what we who have to deal with this may feel on a daily basis because of this.
