My sister and I wrote this song last year. Pretty straightforward. A relationship ended and regret followed. We write about our own lives since that's what we know. We have been performing with my family (my parents, cousins, and grandparents when they were alive) since I was about 10 years old. They used to have to get permission from the city for me to sing in the "local establishments" that young. I don't have to do that now to enter our West Tennessee watering holes.
