I agree with Darowyn, it's got a great jazz feel, but folk encapsulates a lot of different genres and then blends them into what the artist wants. This is a great folk track. I like it.

I feel that Becca is being a bit hard. What this track sounds most like to me is a Nick Drake track. There are the same "laying my heart on the line" lyrics, the gentle vocal projection, the very professional backing musicality
It's very good. And Nick Drake fans will love it.
