I would emagine this is a small section of a longer song, and was edited down in this manner to save you time as a judge. 

This is a guitar competition! 

I understand the edit, don't get all negative, and not understand the thinking in uploading an editit out solo.  This was probably done out of consideration for YOUR time as a judge, that's how I am seeing it.
