This song is about how the laws in this country is so prejudice torwards non citizens. A citizen can commit a number of violent acts (murder, rape, child molestation, etc.) when done serving time is let back into the community. Even priest and citizens have the license to kill. A non citizen can get deported for the smallest crime thats not even comparable.
