this song produces an analogy similar to "the grass is always greener on the other side." it is the story of a trip to the ocean floor. it can also be interpreted as someone battling a drug addiction. after some time spent under water, the air is no longer satesfying, and the person finds that they can never again return to the surface. i wrote and recorded this song in my home.
