Nothin' Pretty

Nothin' Pretty was written on an acoustic guitar in my living room while I was crying it exactly the way it is into a borrowed 4-track machine. I was going through the worst break up of my life and just felt so so sad, broken and betrayed. This song helped me heal my broken heart and it's meant many different things as time goes on. Now I look back on that relationship and wonder why I was so blind and torn up... maybe it was just to write this song. -Karen Curious
