The song "Free" is about letting go of this world and it's fleeting desires, to embrace the "Son Of God With Power", because he first embraced us. When we do this our labour of love is no longer in vain, our labour in trying to do right is redeemed by the Lord who changes us from the inside out. This treasure cannot be taken away, won't rust or be destroyed, for He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. This is true freedom.
