Dr. Obesity tempts a young boy into eating a piece of chocolate. The magic chocolate turns him fat and obese. But Health Man comes, and with his Magic Orange Grenade, obliterates Dr. Obesity. Health Man gives the boy a piece of healthy fruit and transforms him to be healthy and non-obese.
