Description
This song is just 4 guitars, a bass and vocals with some programmed drums. It's loose, sure. Our major influences; our singer loves the Black Crowes, our bass player and rhythm guitarist loves Robert Smith and our lead guitarist loves Stanley Clarke's music. A straight jazz musician. You couldn't dream a better band. We're like the Sex Pistols, only we're not being molded. And we have HATE for the industry.
Lyrics
Such a shame that we've been here before, Lost, forgotten all of our worth. Can't complain, but I feel kind of ill, Disconnected from the real world. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me, Fool me three times shame on us, But I think a fourth will do. Now I see you, For what you are. A liar and a cheat, A dictator, a czar. Looking back I redirect, All my emotions into nothingness. Black and blue, my soul was bruised, My pain and anguish, deflecting back at you. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me, Fool me three times shame on us, But I think a fourth will do. Now I see you, For what you are. A liar and a cheat, A dictator, a czar. -Solo- Now I see you, For what you are. A liar and a cheat, A dictator, a czar.
