This song is basically about a woman who I am falling in love with but she seems to be in love with everyone else rather than me. In the song, everyone else has cars & fancy things as well as myself but I don't want to base our love off of the finer things, I'd rather be myself and have her love me for who I am. But she doesn't love ME, so I choose to let her know that I can be like everyone else, just to be with her.
