Shakyground

I wrote "Shaky Ground" while I was in college. I dated a real religious girl while attending University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She had a problem that I liked to drink and smoke. So, I tried to quit for her. Well, it didn't work and I ended up writing this song. I did burn a shirt she gave me though! The lyrics describe that I am not able to change for her and to get over it. Deep down inside though I know want to quit because the pain of losing her is killing me.
