I Am the Man

This song a woman's struggle. It is about how guys put you down or are threatened if you are better at something than they are. Even in junior high it is a struggle to be the best person you can and to be proud of your accomplishments. It is a struggle against the guys and sometimes the girls around you. People who put you down to feel good about themselves instead of doing something good themselves. From my audience responses it is a struggle women of all ages can relate too.
