This track is about a mile high waterfall built by a rich man who uses it as monument for his ego. He gets a kick out of fooling people into taking it for a ride and laughing as they fall to there death. As this goes on, his ego gets bigger and bigger by the day and the end result is him falling for the same trick "literally" that his victims fell for. He built what he couldn't defy.
