This is a song I wrote, and it is pretty powerful. It's just about opening up and being who you are no matter what people say or how they treat you. Just be yourself, beacuse you only have one life to live. I also wrote it as a positive way to look at the negative things that people can do to you. Thank them. I hope you like it!

In this life, things don’t come easy. The weather may not always be warm and breezy. People can hurt you and let you down. All you’ll think about is how you want to get out of this town. You can look at it pessimistic. Look at the hurt they brought upon you As a wonderful lesson that you’re going through. Think of it this way… They made fun of you didn’t they? Thank them they taught you how not to judge. They hated you didn’t they? Thank them they taught you how to love. They ignored you didn’t they? Thank them they taught you how to stand out. They doubted you didn’t they? Thank them they taught you to chase your dreams. Go out and chase those dreams. Remember when people put you down, They’re only putting themselves lower.
