Boundries Exist is an expression of human sexuality and acceptance of others sexual preferences. It was also written as a form of bringing out what would be called in mainstream society as "taboo sexuality". The song is saying.. it is ok to be who you are, love who you are, respect those that share different interests, break the boundries, love one and other but most of all have fun doing it.
