Description
A good rocker and one the first songs that put some distance between me and my former bands. My songwriting started to improve and this song is a good indication of that with some commercial sense abilities to boot. "The Faraway Dance" sort of acts as an innuendo for sex but really I just like the way it sounds. Makes me feel like Johnny Cash the way I constructed it when I couldn't sleep, just like he did with "Ring of Fire".
