Paracho, Michoacan, Mexico is a town that specializes in the construction of guitars and has an annual guitar festival. This melancholy traditional vals is played on a guitar made by Juan Silva, and is dedicated to him and another master luthier - German Vazquez Rubio - who now fixes my guitars.
