Growing up in the "flatlands" of the midwest, it was an awesome experience to see Mountains for the first time. This song is about that experience.

I would like to add that after seeing the majestic Rocky Mountains, for the first , on my first trip to the west coast, from the mid-west, was a true, life-changing experience for me, but then I headed my car{named the Tin Top Rider), back to my wife, and children, in the mid-west, and wrote this song about that experience!
