Mark Ficks on vocals & guitar with his Dad, Bill Ficks on drums, and Mark's cousin Emma Wright on bass. This is basically a lullaby that Mark wrote for his daughter Madison when she was a baby. She was having a tough night and the song came out of that experience. It is definitely Mark's favorite tune!
