I wrote this song to remind me of the joys of small children, being a young family and the struggles that come with each. And that despite the challenges, one day I i'll look back and call these my best years.

But I’m smiling, I’m still smiling. The house is feeling small. But plans to move have stalled. We’re still livin’. We’re still livin’. My little boy is trying hard to get himself a taste Of the sunlight. The flavor of the beams and rays that radiate on Sunny days must be all right. These are the best years of my life.
