summertime

This song was written after an experience we had this past December. On the drive down to Chicago, our drummer rolled his jeep 3 1/2 times on I94, and ended up in the hospital (he's okay .. oh yeah, so is his fiancee'). Our gig was cancelled while the city received 12" of that fluffy white stuff. The city shut down and caused our gig the following night to be cancelled as well. It pissed off our lead singer, Scotty, that we missed the gig, and thus, he wrote a song. This is the result!
