I think Ina said it best below in that Lilith is about celebrating, bringing women musicians together...while criticism is important - it's important to keep it constructive. After seeing Charity perform several times (and attending Lilith fair many years ago), it is apparent to me that Charity truly embodies and cherishes this very Lilith spirit...best of luck to you!
