OBE stands for Out of Body Experience. This track is a demonstration of Three-dimensional sound work. The best way to listen to it is in equilateral triangle position between widely set speakers. Headphones are not good in this case because they can't provide you a sense of depth. In this track you should focus on panning, directions, distances and their dynamics.
