Description

This is a song I wrote a while back about 'that girl'. I like the premise of it because every guy in the world has that one girl that they've always had a thing for, but never had the chance to show them. The title "Wait and See" is the umbrella under which all those thoughts and feelings fall. He's talking about the things he can give her, but doesn't have the chance to prove it. The end of the song, where he actually gets the girl is him in a sort of dream. Like I said, every guy knows this...

Lyrics

I got a problem, that I just can’t shake I see the sunset, across your face I see you now, like I never did before—and I want more You know, everything About me now, I won’t quit until You see, what you mean to me—just wait and see The dawn breaks, but I can’t sleep I hear the wind blow, and I start to think About the way things, might have turned wrong—but I move on Sometimes, when I look into Those blue eyes, I can’t help but Realize, you’re the one for me—just wait and see When the sun sets, through the trees I feel the warm kiss, of a summer’s breeze You walk up and, you grab me by the hand – yeah I’m your man (You know) we might, scream and shout But you know I’ll, always kiss your mouth If you can’t tell, how happy we will be – just wait and see
