This song is about a guy and a girl. The girl is a conniving person that plays with the emotions of the guy in the song. Eventually the guy has enough of it and stabs her in the heart and watches her bleed to death, making fun of the way she lived her life; noticing the irony of her reflection in a pool of her own blood because she was so conceited.
