Description
An epic journey into the questions of universe. Thoughts surrounded by color and multiple melodies and world rhythms, interweaving each other but all sharing their space. Then the heavy chorus begs to just let us surrender to the cosmos; makes this a composition worthy to be the title track to the album and just when you think it's over and the album will end on a mellow note, the Part II ending comes in and releases the high energy guitar solo and rhythm worthy of a 7 plus minute long track.
Lyrics
Looking up at a moon lit sky I have to wonder where my place lies. Plans come together and plans turn to crumbs, falling down fast lost in the rug And within each morsel hides a universe, holding its place surrounding the earth. So many people will come and go. I hope they all know that I love them so. My memory is like a patchwork quilt with too many patches to decipher the seams I’m trying to weave the threads of time moving through space so bright and so clean. Chorus While my heart is still beating deep inside my chest I can't control this world no more or no less And I'll take my time to figure out the rest And let these memories disappear in the depths And as the night grows everybody knows the pieces of a dream we’ll always hold. The thoughts in my mind tell me everything's is fine I’ve got to keep moving down the long winding road. My footprints tell a tale the wind shall blow. Can you move a little faster you’re moving so slow. Jump into the world so high. Step back and watch the fantastic lights. Make this moment reach clear inside, step into the sun as you step into the tide. The waves roll to shore the waves crash at you feet, once in a while it’s good to jump in. Chorus While my heart is still beating deep in my chest I can't control this world any more or less And I'll take my time to figure out the rest And let these memories disappear in the depths Part II See how high those birds can fly We can do the same thing with our minds And this world can be a great place to unwind But only if your eyes are open wide.
