When I was living in the hood of East Baltimore with my x, we were really strugglin. I was working full time cooking & cleaning the house and taking care of his lazy behind. I remember that he was so cold to me. I was trying so hard to make him happy & it seemed that nothing I did for him pleased him.So I went outside one night & sat on the porch and started to write this song.
