Description
This recording is called Easier because It's a song about optimism in the midst of living the life as a struggling artist. At some point you realize that it was never about attention or admiration of fans or even the lust of success. If you are truly an artist, you keep getting better at some area of your skill, regardless of what validation you might receive. While writing this song, I was beginning to realize the difference between determination and vanity, pride and profoundness.

Pushed inside pulled apart and dragged on the ground, beaten and bruised and I'm sticking around. There's nothing you can do to me that's worse than before. I'm not scared that the things I did will do me anymore. In fact, I'm relieved, and I think you'd agree. It only gets easier for me. It only gets easier can't you see. It only means that the fight that I'm in is gonna win. It only gets easier in the end. All the columns that tower me with words of despair, they don't challenge the altitude thinner than air. And the space that facilitates my heart and my soul, is a structure beyond what you possibly know. In there I am contained, but no longer ball n chained. It only gets easier for me. It only gets easier cant you see. It only means that the fight that I'm in is gonna win. It only gets easier in the end. No, I'm not hard as nails, I'm a diamond son, shining hard amongst the ruffians, dedicated to a state of artistry, I do it all to reveal the authenticity. Petty temper tantrums couldn't make a dent compared to the blood that I've already spent. I'm hear to play that music making people shout. I'm gonna scream my words until my voice gives out. My life I will give, because in death my voice will live. It only gets easier for me. It only gets easier can't you see. It only means the fight that I'm in is gonna win.
