This song was born out of a very slow and special relationship, that, yes, in fact, is long distance. (duh). I just love the idea that if you start with a long-distance relationship, move real slow, it will be better than a relationship that's borrowing your t-shirts, sleeping in your bed, or just texting you like ALL the time... At the very least, it sets the sturdiest of foundations for something great. Even if you eventually have to start sharing a toothbrush...
