Holding Back the Tears

Written for little Jennifer Ward. She was diagnosed with Leukemia at age 7, she fought and suffered this disease off and on for nearly 7 years. At age 13 Jennifer lovingly hugged her father goodbye, June 14, 2000. This song is composed from the prospective of her loving father, seeing his little girl dealing with pain of Leukemia everyday. Playing this song at Jennifer’s funeral, remains one of Tim's most difficult feats. A portion of the proceeds for is contributed to cancer research.
