"Take it or Leave it" is an anthemic song that mixes rock with a touch of synth about realizing/coming to terms with who you are as a person and learning to let other's judgements on you, pass you by. I wrote it one day when I was wearing "guyliner" on the train in NY and people were giving me looks of displeasure. Oh well, they can take it or leave it.
