You Said, is a song I wrote for a friend of mine who was diagnosed with cancer at 18 years old. It was a way for me to cope with the pain and emotions I was feeling when I found out about him. I used the song to raise money for the BC Children's Hospital where all proceeds went into the hospital where my friend was staying. It is a path straight to my heart and was written in the same way.

Beautiful voice! I should be hearing you on the radio already! Good band to back it up! Great combo! When I entered one our country fried songs into this genre's competition, I had no idea what we were up against! Good luck to y'all!
