I Am Still The Same

This song was inspired by an article I read in a magazine about a woman with "locked in syndrome", which meant that she couldn't move anything except her eyes. For many months she couldn’t communicate, but eventually she figured out how to spell out words to her carer using her eyelids, and the first thing she spelt out was "I am still the same", which I found very profound. Even though my song was inspired by this particular scenario, I think that it can be applied to all kinds of situation...
