Magenta Cloth

Several Croatian words such as majka (mother)and oprosti (I'm sorry) make up the song. These words hail a woman/mother who has lived for her family and given herself solely to them. However, as time passes, the children must depart to carry on their new lives. The essence of the song is the child's longing for the mother to let go so that both can grow, while assuring her that their bond will never disappear; it will always find it's way back to her.
