This song describes the frustration of a woman who uses the analogy of the Lion, the Scarecrow & the Tin-man from the Wizard of Oz to show her partner how she feels - if he only had a heart, a brain & courage then they could be happy & free in Kansas - you, To-To & me!!!! Until then - they're NOT IN KANSAS anymore!
